Through the use of multiple clearinghouses, the number of bills being accepted electronically is constantly increasing. Not only is the bill accepted electronically, but it is posted to ARC's Gemini System where it is approved or denied for review, online by your adjusters. Once approved, the bill is reviewed by ARC and then posted again for authorization of payment. Once ARC receives final approval, funds are sent electronically to the medical provider along with an electronic version of our explanation of review.
